Draw Rectangle in Rectangle

Generates a rectangle inside a rectangle at a specified offset distance from a selected corner.

Description

This tool simplifies drawing a Rectangle inside another Rectangle (or from a specific corner reference).

Relative Positioning
Allows you to create a new rectangle at a precise offset distance from a selected corner of an existing rectangle.
Corner Versatility
Works from any of the four corners.

How to use

The new rectangle is drawn at the specified offsets.

  1. 1.Type ER2 in the command line and press Enter.
  2. 2.Select the Corner Point of the existing outer rectangle (the reference point).
  3. 3.Click roughly towards the Inside (center) of the rectangle to define the direction.
  4. 4.Enter the X Distance (Offset) from the corner to the start of the new rectangle.
  5. 5.Enter the Y Distance (Offset) from the corner to the start of the new rectangle.
  6. 6.Enter the Width (X) of the new rectangle.
  7. 7.Enter the Height (Y) of the new rectangle.
