ECec.elfDraw Circle in Rectangle
Generates a circle and centerlines inside a rectangle at a specified offset distance from a selected corner.
Description
This tool simplifies drawing a Circle inside a Rectangle at a specific location relative to a corner.
Update (v1.1) : Improved to automatically handle ORTHOMODE when selecting the direction.
- Precise Positioning
- Allows you to place a hole (circle) at exact X and Y coordinates measured from a selected corner of the rectangle.
- Smart Direction
- Works from any of the four corners; you simply click towards the inside to define the direction.
- Auto-Layering
- Automatically generates the CENTER layer and draws centerlines.
How to use
The circle and its centerlines are drawn at the specified location.
- 1.Type EC in the command line and press Enter.
- 2.Select the Corner Point of the existing rectangle (the reference point).
- 3.Click roughly towards the Inside (center) of the rectangle to define the direction.
- 4.Enter the X Distance (Offset) from the corner to the center of the circle.
- 5.Enter the Y Distance (Offset) from the corner to the center of the circle.
- 6.Enter the Diameter of the circle.
