Draw X in Rectangle

Generates diagonal crossing lines within a rectangle.

Description

This tool automatically draws an "X" (two diagonal lines) inside a selected rectangular area.

X-Marking
Commonly used to indicate openings, voids, or specific architectural features.
Versatility
Works whether the original boundary is made of individual lines or a polyline.
Input
Simply requires defining the rectangular area by clicking two diagonal points.

How to use

An "X" shape is drawn connecting the corners of the defined rectangle.

  1. 1.Type xdr in the command line and press Enter.
  2. 2.Click the First Corner (PT1) of the rectangle.
  3. 3.Click the Diagonal Corner (PT2).
